My Love Changes Everything

I must warn you that my love is addictive. Once you taste it nothing else will do.   It is delicious and delirious. It is excessive and unimaginable. My love is incredible and mindboggling, and there is nothing like it on earth. My love is alive and it moves and breathes. It can wrap around you and melt any frozen places inside your heart. It can breathe new life into areas that feel dead. Words cannot accurately describe my love because there is the constant comparison to what you have experienced through human love. Godly love is sincere and pure. It is untainted by pain and disappointment. My love is tangible. At times it comes like a storm bringing gentle rain. Other times it arrives like warm honey being drizzled over you. I have great affection for all of my children, and I want nothing more than to be able to pour out my love on them. Even when my beloved are worshiping me I cannot help but allow streams of my presence to cascade down on my treasured family. I am never stingy with my affection. My heart burns with passion for all of my children.

My love runs deeper than the ocean. It is wider than any sea, and higher than any mountain. My love is like a river flowing in your soul and washing away dirt and debris from your life. It is like a cool drink of water on a hot summer day. It is a warm blanket surrounding you on a cold snowy night. My love changes people and can move mountains. It can melt even the coldest prisoner. It can even drive fear far far away. My love embraces and engulfs those who accept it. My love is so thick you can swim in it. It is so sweet you can taste it, and so strong you can smell it. I created the senses for you to enjoy not only the things that surround you, but also for you to experience me. You can drink me in.

I loved you so much that I gave up myself for you. I became the sacrifice so that you could be free. I took every decree of guilty so that you could be called innocent. I took your pain so that you could be healed. I took all suffering so that you could have peace. I gave up everything because I love you that much. There is nothing else that I can possibly give you other than all of myself. I gave you my life in exchange so that you can now live. I conquered death so that you could have an abundant life. I exchanged all evil and darkness for goodness and light. I triumphed over death and gave you new life. I gained a new authority in the area of life and death because I personally experienced both. I gained a new authority over sin because I personally carried it all on me. There is no new sin under the sun and I carried it all. It became like I experienced or personally committed those sins when I took them upon myself. At that moment there was not one wicked thing under the sun that I had not done. I took it all so that you could be free. I conquered it all so that you could be free. I became the ultimate overcomer and so can you! My death set me free. When I was resurrected I became new. When you became mine, you were re-born too. You are a new person. You are not the same and like me, all things have become new for you. Do not hold yourself accountable anymore for your past. You have asked for forgiveness. It is all dead and nailed to the cross. You are not even associated with those things anymore. Do not allow the enemy to lie to you about you were or are. You answer to the adversary is, you are mine. You belong to God!

There is nothing that I would not do for you that is consistent to my loving nature.  There is nothing that you can imagine for your life that I am not capable of and more than willing to do. There is not one cheering you on louder than me. There is not one who longs to see you totally healed and set free more than me. I am your biggest fan; there is not one who wants success for you more than me. There is not one who celebrates who you are more than me. It is not about what you do but simply about who you are. You are mine! Live my darling live! Live life to the fullest! Live life with total abandonment and confidence that I will always catch you if even you start to fall. I am closer to you than you could possibly even imagine. I live inside of your heart. Your past does not matter anymore. What matters is what I have planned for you each day. Enjoy every moment. Love your life and then it will be contagious to others. Allow me to continue to teach you how to love. You must start with loving yourself. The past is the past. No longer live out of the pain from yesterday, but live daily out of my presence. You will always find peace if you learn to abide there.

Love has no expectations. It has no rules and makes no demands. It is always giving and never selfish. Love is never critical or judgmental. It makes no requests and has no ultimatums. It always sees and hopes for the best. Love is always optimistic and never doubts. Love does not question loyalty or demand any allegiance. My love is honest and constant. I never expect you to earn anything.  My love is strong and indestructible. It is not earned or based on merit. It is resilient and can withstand any storm in your life.

I cannot remove my love because then I would eliminate myself. You cannot separate me from it because it is who I am. My love for my children is a gift that I will never take back. It is not dependent upon performance or if it is received or reciprocated. I give it freely without any strings attached. I adore those who believe in me and those who do not. There is no hatred in me towards my beloved offspring. I do not carry around a clip board and keep a record of your bad decisions. I am not keeping a score of your imperfect choices. I am always celebrating your life, and I am always wooing you closer to me.

I love to step in during those moments when my children feel helpless. I love to come waltzing in when all hope seems lost. I shine the most in these moments. I wait until the last hour because then I alone can take the credit. If my children only knew and understood how much I loved them. If only my kids knew how much I care about everything that concerns them. If only my beloved could comprehend what magnitude that I want to move with power in their lives. If my children could only imagine me as a savior who longs to swoop in and rescue. I am the hero in the story. I am the knight in shining armor who saves the damsel in distress. I am prince charming. I am the perfect one in these fairy tales. I am the king who loves his queen. I am the one who can meet all of your needs and fulfill all of your deepest desires. In fact it gives me great pleasure to do that. I long to fill my children up to the fullest capacity with me. I long to bring happiness, peace, love, and joy like they have never experienced before. I long to satisfy the hunger and thirst in my creation. I long to fill every void and heal every hurt place, and satisfy my people with me.

My love is not based on merit or ones’ abilities. I love all of creation. I do have emotions and my heart can hurt. I do feel empathy, sympathy, and sadness. My heart can be broken. I can shed tears of pain over my children. I am not a heartless God. I created humans in my image. So if you can experience emotions so can I. If you can experience pain then so can I. My heart is full of compassion and mercy. I do not keep a record of wrongs. My love always covers all sin. I do not look at my creation with disgust or disappointment. I do not wait for my creation to make mistakes and then with excitement pounce on them with cruel or harsh punishment.  I am always hopeful. I am the ultimate optimist. I see the good in everyone because I put good there. Even the biggest sinner has the ability to be like me because all humans have been created in my image. All are capable of goodness.

I have not given up on you and I never will. Love never loses hope, always believes for the best, and hopes for the best. Love always hopes and is never hopeless. Love is never lost or confused. Love is patient and kind, and keeps no record of your wrongs. My love is selfless and is not vindictive in nature. It never lashes out or tries to seek revenge. Love puts others needs above its own. Love has not expectations and places no demands. It is never disappointed or wounded.  Love lives in spite of what is said or done to it. Love always chooses to immediately forgive and forget. It does not seek to exalt itself but to build up those around it. Love cannot remove itself even if it is not wanted. My love for you endures for eternity. There is nothing that you have done or can ever do that will cause me to remove my love from you. Patience and long suffering are part of my nature. The ability to wait for extended periods of time without becoming impatient is easy for me. Peace and tranquility run through my veins. Love is powerful and can change anyone. For I am love.

No one can truly fathom the depths of my love. Who can grasp my goodness?  Who can harness my great power? Who can see the whole world from my perspective? Who created the whole universe with one spoken word? Who longs to love and set people free more than me? I desire to break every shackle and chain that keeps people bound. I want my children to reach their full potential and have total confidence in me and who I have created them to be. My heart is full of compassion and intense love for my children. I love being with my kids. I love seeing, hearing, and touching them. I love to open up heaven and poor down blessings on those who are open to me. I have rooms full of overflowing blessings for my beloved. I love to be generous on all occasions. I love to see my children happy and fulfilled in what I have created them to be and do. I have given every person gifts and talents and I do not take those away even` when my child is not walking with me. I listen to all creation even those who do not serve me. I do not want any to perish or fall away without knowing me. I love saving and rescuing. I love healing and restoring. I love taking what the enemy meant to use for a person’s harm and turn it into something amazing. I am not an absent God. I am omnipotent and omnipresent. I am the I am! I am all that one needs. I have so much in store for those who belong to me. I cannot wait to show you!! Get ready, get set, here we go!
